Achieving a satisfactory result begins with thorough planning. Without quality, detailed plans, it is simply not possible to build a high quality home. Plans are also necessary to obtain building, occupancy and other permits and approval and performing later inspections. The construction world is beginning to realize that “the more time and effort spent on a project, the better the result.”
We use 3-D CAD design programs, which allow rapid, effective and high-quality drafting. In designing homes, we take into account today’s construction, production and building technological opportunities, and the specific nature of log structures. If necessary, we also perform calculations for construction.
Since our firm is geared toward the manufacturing process, Palktare does not offer comprehensive documentation for structures, but does provide part of it.
